About Process Advantage
Helping SMEs turn chaotic, people-dependent operations into clear, scalable workflows that support growth.
Operations, simplified
Why I Built Process Advantage
Most SME leaders don’t lack vision, ambition, or the will to improve. What they often lack is a practical way to understand, design, and stabilise the workflows that run their business.
Traditional business process management is too heavy. Tool vendors push software before clarity. And consultants often create binders of documentation that nobody uses. What SMEs need is different: something lighter, faster, and grounded in real-world operations.
The Process Advantage Method is my answer to that. It brings structure to operational improvement without overwhelming your team. It focuses on the workflows that matter most. And it works whether you’re preparing for growth, digitalisation, or simply trying to get out of the daily firefighting loop.
Why this exists
Who I Am
I’ve spent my career helping companies make their operations clearer, safer, and more scalable. My work spans multiple industries, including measurement & instrumentation, digital services, consulting, and regulated sectors – but the common theme is always the same: fixing underlying workflows so businesses can grow without chaos.
Over the years I’ve:
- Designed and implemented BPM frameworks for SME-sized organisations.
- Led operational improvements involving cross-functional teams.
- Supported digitalisation projects and ERP/CRM implementations.
- Developed training programs for managers to build process capability.
- Helped companies reduce key-person risk and improve knowledge transfer.
I created the Process Advantage Academy to make these capabilities accessible without requiring a full consulting project. Every program reflects what has worked in the field – simple, structured, and directly applicable.
What I Believe
- Operations shouldn’t depend on heroes. A business should run on clear workflows and shared know-how, not individual memory.
- Processes should be practical, not bureaucratic. The purpose of process work is to make life easier, not produce documentation nobody reads.
- Improvement must be lightweight and iterative. SMEs don’t need massive transformation projects – they need clarity and momentum.
- Tools should serve the process, not replace it. Digitalisation works only when workflows are clear first.
- Capability builds sustainability. When teams understand how to diagnose, design, and improve, the gains stick.
How I Work
- I help you focus on one workflow at a time, not overhaul your whole business.
- I keep everything simple enough that your team can use it the next day.
- I avoid heavy documentation – instead, we capture what matters.
- I design each program to produce a concrete, measurable improvement.
- My goal is always to build your team’s capability, not dependence on me.
The Process Advantage Academy is built to give SMEs everything they need to make meaningful operational improvements – even with limited time and resources.
